A Messy Kitchen
Maybe I need to tackle the clutter problem in my home >.<
As far as weight loss suggestions, this seems like one of the easier ones, but I personally don’t think I do a lot of snacking as it is. Hard to say really. Snacks are a sneaking bunch. It is easy to snack more then you think you are. I had pretty good luck with putting snacks into portion sized containers so that I could more easily keep track of how much I was eating. And what snacks you have around are also a big factor here. You can’t load up on the cookies if they aren’t there to eat.
