The Family

It has occurred to me that I use the family nick names in this blog with the assumption that you know to whom I am referring. This used to be the case when it was just family reading, but now there are quite a few who have strolled in and found my little Pig Island. So, let me introduce everyone!

Monkey: Eric, my husband.
Dragon: Elspeth (or L), my daughter.
Frog: Stephanie, my sister.
Skunk: Amanda, my cousin.
Cow: James, the friend that might as well be a brother.
Mouse: Mike, my brother.

There are co-workers who have also gotten nicknames. Among that group: Sunshine, Rainbow, 3B, Gimpy, Sprinkles, Squirrel and Cupcake. There are numerous others, but those are the people I work with most often. I don’t talk about work in this blog much because I work in health care and most of the time that means that I really can’t talk about my day. But there are times that there is staff foolishness that I like to share and this is the crowd that I am talking about.
