This comes back down to the single most important nutritional truth: Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.

And the second most important? Eat variety.

I’m not an advocate for being vegetarian or vegan. I love my meat. Chicken being my favorite. But it is important to get most of your calories from those lovely plants. It really will help you feel better all areas of your life.

I also recommend avoiding processed foods.
