This is a food that I miss. With my health changes, I am not longer able to eat it 😦

Meat Loaf

  • Servings: 8 slices
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Print



  1. 1.5 Lbs ground beef
  2. 1 cup tomato juice
  3. 3/4 cups oats
  4. 1 egg slightly beaten
  5. 1/4 cup chopped onion
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 1/4 tsp pepper


Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Press into a 8×4 loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
