I wrote this a while ago on 7/20/14 in a paper journal. Gasp! Paper? And I’m just now getting around to adding it to my blog here.
So, I’m wearing 3 pound leg weights. A friend recommended them as a place to start. They are strange. But he runs weight loss programs and has done well with helping other people. So, I figure I’ll start here. After all, what do I have to loose except the weight? Nothing I’ve done so far has brought me down below 200 pounds. I need to do something different and have to start some where. I want to loose around 50 pounds which seems daunting to say the least. But I’m ready and I can do this! I’m tired of being tired. I’m tired of not easily being able to do things that should be easy… So, here I go!
