Some Good News

The EEG came back normal and I’ve been released to go back to work. I’m scheduled to work Thurs and Fri night. It’ll be a grind to come back, always is when you’re off this long. I can’t imagine how much turn over there has been on the skilled unit. So, there will be plenty of new patients to get to know. I hate not knowing my patients. But, I’m looking forward to getting back to work. I’ve missed everyone there. And having pay checks again is always nice. Got to try to get myself back on a better sleep schedule again. My sleep always gets screwed up during the harvest. But we are almost done. We’ve got some more carrots to finish, then we’re done. Hopefully, we’ll get them all done today. It will be nice if I can get all that done before I go back to work. We have a bunch to peel and cut. The little ones need to be washed and cooked down for juice and mush. Then the mush all needs to be canned. Great for cooking. Love carrot bread and cakes.
