I spent most of the day yesterday working on getting the garden set up. I would have liked to have gotten more done, but we ran out of steam. Doesn’t help that both my mom and I had worked the previous night. That’s the seriously crappy part about working nights. If I’m going to get anything done on my days off, I’m going to have to be awake during the day… But on the bright side, I got things started with the garden. I hope that we can get more done on it today and get some of the early plants started. I should get the spinach started soon. And the little plants should be growing in the house already. I need to get them started today. My “TO DO” list seems huge for today. I need to get all the event descriptions and sign up sheets done for PCM10 and I haven’t even started them yet! >.< As much work as it was digging the dirt yesterday, I really did have a good day. We had a cook out. There was pork, chicken, swiss chard, spinach, corn on the cob, mac salad, 2 kinds of bread, pie and ice cream! So I seriously ate well!
